I am writing this reference letter on behalf of myself and many of the J6 defendants that have had personal experience with Jonathan Gross, Esq. while navigating through the corrupt legal process lead by Matthew Graves over the past four years.  I think you understand this, more than most as you yourself have experienced the same directly. I offer you my own personal experience of Mr. Gross as an attorney that has worked tirelessly to defend and assist many within the J6 community to defend themselves.  Mr. Gross not only helped those clients that he directly served, but whenever he found evidentiary information that could be of benefit to those, he did not serve directly he reached out to do whatever possible to assist and guide them.  This is just a small example of the dedication he has for constitutional fairness within our justice system. With the upcoming vacancy within the DOJ with the resignation of Matthew Graves, I strongly urge you to give thoughtful consideration to Mr. Gross as a candidate for replacement.  So much confidence has been destroyed within our justice system with the weaponization of this department against the American people that taking a bold initiative to nominate Mr. Gross as the replacement in this critical role would lend toward rebuilding the confidence of those who have been so deeply affected. However, those are not the only reasons for my advocating for Mr. Gross for this position.  His dedication to his practice is exemplary.  Mr. Gross is well known within the J6 community as being one of the most knowledgeable defense attorneys due to the time that he has spent researching and sourcing factual evidence and truth about January 6th, through the multitudes of video, bodycam and document sources in the evidentiary data. He was top of the class when he graduated from law school and understands the challenges of our legal system top to bottom.  He has been in the fire of navigating the legalities of January 6th and has a clear understanding of the system from experience. I am just one of those who has had direct experience and 100% confidence that Mr. Gross is the breath of fresh qualified change that is needed to restore the true sense of fair and equal justice in this department that has been so damaged over the past four years.  I am asking others within my community to join me in advocating for Mr. Gross as the best choice for this critical replacement position.                                                                                                                  Cindy L.
