2025 WineFestNJ Food Truck Registration

PRICING: $400 (20' x 15' footprint) Large food truck displays require multiple vendor spaces. (Guaranteed minimum of 6500 visitors with decent weather over the weekend)
Food Vendors - Acquiring your Board of Health permit and your NJ Fire Safety Permit (RIMS) are your responsibility.

All Food Vendors must obtain a MOBILE RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT PERMIT from the Burlington County Board of Health. The contact for the BOH is George Hamway at ghamway@co.burlington.nj.us. Your application will be voided with no refund if we do not receive a copy of your permit by September 1, 2025.

It is also your responsiblity to aquire a NJ Division of Fire Safety permit if you are using an open flame. NJ State Inspectors will be on site Saturday September 20th at 9am. If you do not have a permit you will be required to pay their fee at the festival.

Be sure to upload your logo or trademark, and include your website/facebook page, so that we can use this in the promotion of the event. Festival Managers will review your menu and may not approve certain items because they conflict with other food vendors. PREMIUM SPOTS GO TO VENDORS AND FOOD TRUCKS THAT SUPPORT OUR SMALLER EVENTS.

Our goal is to ensure a variety of menu items and no conflicts with other food trucks.
WineFestNJ Marketing Requirement of Participating Vendors

WineFestNJ requires the marketing participation of all vendors. To successfully market this event we need all vendors to agree to the following social media assistance:

Septemeber 1, 2025: Facebook and/or Instagram post linking to the official WineFest event page.
September 15, 2025: Facebook and/or Instagram post reminding followers of event and linking to official WineFest event page.
September 20, 2025 at 10:30am: Post while on location at WineFest inviting followers to come see you over the weekend

Tags to www.facebook.com/valenzanowinery and www.instagram.com/valenzanowine/ should be included with all posts.
