  • BGC Kawarthas Youth Awards 2025 Form

  • This form will submit for the Youth Awards. Children and youth between the ages of 12-24 will be nominated by someone or themselves, and they have the opportunity to have their story told to our massive audience at our award ceremony this June, and be told online to our thousands of followers. Even if the nominee doesn't win, we believe everyone deserves their voice to be heard, and if nominated, they will be.

This form is due by March 21, 2025.

You have the right to nominate anyone with strong ties to the City of Kawartha Lakes, including yourself if you fit the age range. Having prior or current ties to BGC Kawarthas is not required, except for the BGC Club Spirit Award.

For every category, individuals or groups may be nominated.

Parts 2-4 can be filled out by anyone, but Parts 5-6 require the attention of the nominee (and their parent or guardian if they are under 18 years of age).

A photo of the nominee is also required. The photo of the nominee may be displayed in our brochures and presentations. Please send photo(s) to nominations@bgckawarthas.com
