    Order information for auxiliary services such as audiovisual and electrical will be provided separately in an Exhibitor Kit.  The room will have wi-fi.

  • ATTENDEE LIST in EXCEL FORMAT:

    For each registrant the data includes: Name, title, company, address, city, state/province, country, zip/postal code and email address (if permission for release is granted). Exhibitors are not included. In order to abide by the Canada Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), email addresses for individuals residing in Canada are not included. In addition, due to European data protection regulations, email addresses for  individuals residing in the European Union (EU) are not included. The information will be emailed in an Excel file format.

  • Sponsorship Policy

  • This contract serves as an agreement between Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) and the sponsor identified above for the purpose of securing a defined sponsorship position for the 2025 HFTP Annual Convention. No other benefits are guaranteed or implied. Sponsorships may not be shared or sublet with other companies, and recognition will be provided only to the company contracted above.  No sponsor may display the name or logo of a non-sponsor.  Sponsorship includes: 

    • Recognition on the HFTP 2025 Annual Convention website
    • Sponsor ribbons for booth personnel
  • Payment Information

  • Payment Policy:  Upon submitting your signed contract, you will be sent an invoice for payment.  Full payment must be received in order to be considered an official table top exhibitor and/or sponsor and receive recognition in pre-show materials. Unpaid balances will result in revocation of event exhibit and/or sponsorship rights. No refunds will be issued for canceled sponsorships.

    By clicking the box below, the form submitter provides consent to HFTP's use of the information you have provided, including the information about all individuals you provided on their behalf, for all event-related communications, including communications from third-party service providers related to the event.
  • Contract Agreement & Signature

  • Terms and Conditions:  Table Top Exhibits - Use of Space.  The use of floor space behind the reserved table is permitted but must not extend beyond the 6' length of the table.  Exhibitors may distribute printed materials or other items only from their assigned table.  Displays must remain professional in nature and not interfere with other displays or conference sessions.  Space is rented from 12 pm on October 22 and ends at 5 pm on October 23.  Display must remain intact until the conclusion of the afternoon break at 2:45 pm on October 23, 2025.  Table top exhibits are located in a ballroom, but in an unsecured area; therefore exhibitors must be responsible to safeguard goods.  Badges/Registration.  All exhibitors are required to register and wear the official conference badge throughout the Annual Convention.  Payment/Cancellation.  Upon receipt of the signed Table Top Exhibit and Sponsorship Contract, HFTP will provide the exhibitor with an invoice.  Full payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations received.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing.  HFTP is not responsible for expenses incurred.  HFTP is not responsible for exhibitor no-shows, or no-shows due to inclement weather.  Limitations of Liability.  Neither HFTP, its agents, employees, or officers nor the Rosen Centre, its agents or employees shall be liable for any injuries occurring in relation to the exhibitor, his or her agents, his or her employees or their persons no matter how sustained (from fire, theft, or other causes).  Exhibitors agree to make no claims against and to protect, indemnify and hold harmless HFTP and the Rosen Centre against loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor's property or for loss, damage, or destruction of the property of the exhibitor and his guests.  Exhibitors also assume responsibility and liability for all injury to any and all persons or property in any way connected with the exhibitor's display caused by the employees.

  • The undersigned, an authorized agent for the company listed above, acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions for this contract as outlined by Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®). Participation is not secured until signed contract is received with full payment. Benefits are limited to what is outlined above. No other benefits are guaranteed or implied. Packages may not be shared or sublet with other companies, and recognition will be provided only to the company contracted above. No company may display the name or logo of a non-sponsor. HFTP reserves the right to change the location of table top exhibits if deemed to be in the best interest of the conference. The company and its employees agree to abide by these conditions.
