Thank you for participating as a sponsor! We are so very appreciative of your support. Depending on the terms of your agreement and level of sponsorship, you will receive either a 6'x6', 8'x8', 10'x10', or 10'x20' space at the event. Each space comes with the following:
1. One (1) rectangle table with linen (6'x6' spaces will receive a 6ft table, while all larger spaces will receive an 8ft table.)
2. Complimentary ice refills (if needed)
3. A table top sign with your brand name featured
4. Standard electrical (if needed). Complex electrical needs may incur an additional fee that you would be responsible for.
5. Four (4) Vendor Passes to be used for booth operation (These are separate from your event ticket allotment listed in your sponsorship package.) Additional vendor passes can be purchase for $65 per person.

You are required to provide and/or cover the cost(s) of:
1. Any complex Electrical + Audio/Visual needs (Details in Sponsor Packet.)
2. A copy of your Certificate of Insurance (Details in Sponsor Packet.)
3. A signed Venue Liability Waiver (Details in Sponsor Packet.)
4. 800-1,000 samples and sampling tossware to serve to attendees - i.e. plates, utensils, napkins (ONLY if serving food/beverages)
5. Umbrella(s) if needed. We can order the umbrella(s) for you, but there will be small fee of $30/umbrella to rent. Pop up tents are not allowed at this time, unless prior agreements have been made with the SD Magazine event team.
