  • Thank you for participating as a sponsor! We are so very appreciative of your support. Depending on the terms of your agreement and level of sponsorship, you will receive either a 6'x6', 8'x8', 10'x10', or 10'x20' space at the event. Each space comes with the following:

    1. One (1) rectangle table with linen (6'x6' spaces will receive a 6ft table, while all larger spaces will receive an 8ft table.)

    2. Complimentary ice refills (if needed)

    3. A table top sign with your brand name featured

    4. Standard electrical (if needed). Complex electrical needs may incur an additional fee that you would be responsible for.

    5. Four (4) Vendor Passes to be used for booth operation (These are separate from your event ticket allotment listed in your sponsorship package.) Additional vendor passes can be purchase for $65 per person.

    You are required to provide and/or cover the cost(s) of:

    1. Any complex Electrical + Audio/Visual needs (Details in Sponsor Packet.)

    2. A copy of your Certificate of Insurance (Details in Sponsor Packet.)

    3. A signed Venue Liability Waiver (Details in Sponsor Packet.)

    4. 800-1,000 samples and sampling tossware to serve to attendees - i.e. plates, utensils, napkins (ONLY if serving food/beverages)

    5. Umbrella(s) if needed. We can order the umbrella(s) for you, but there will be small fee of $30/umbrella to rent. Pop up tents are not allowed at this time, unless prior agreements have been made with the SD Magazine event team.

  • NOTE: All sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for any sampling materials such as cups, napkins, utensils, plates, etc. Additionally, any activation build outs, props, or other promotional/design products used for your brand's designated space is your sole financial responsibility. 

  • Thank you for participating as a sampling exhibitor! We are so very appreciative and can't wait to show off your tasty bites and/or sips! As an exhibitor you will receive:

    1. One (1) 8ft rectangle table with linen (Exhibitors serving food may request an additional 6ft table for food preparation). Additional tables can be ordered at a rate of $20 per table. 

    2. Complimentary ice refills throughout event

    3. Two (2) Vendor Passes for booth operation (Exhibitors serving food may request two additional passes for food preparation help). Additional passes can be purchased at a rate of $65 per person.

    You are required to provide and/or cover the cost(s) of:

    1. Fees for individual Electrical + Audio/Visual needs (power is available for $35 an outlet; Details in Exhibitor Packet.)

    2. A copy of your Certificate of Insurance (Details in Exhibitor Packet.)

    3. A signed Venue Liability Waiver (Details in Exhibitor Packet.)

    4. 800-1,000 food and/or drink samples and tossware to serve to attendees (Environmentally friendly tossware is encouraged!)

    5. Appropriate fire extinguisher if cooking onsite

    6. A tray or catch basin to place underneath any cooking appliances to catch grease, oil, or other food droppings

    7. Umbrella if needed. We will order the umbrella, but there will be a small fee of $30/umbrella to rent. Pop-up tents are not allowed at this time. 

  • NOTE: If you plan to bring banners, displays, branded signage, etc. they cannot exceed beyond your booth space. Hanging banners on walls, plants, and any other property of Omni La Costa Resort is forbidden, unless it has been pre-approved by both the San Diego Magazine Events Team and the team at Omni La Costa Resort. The same follows for any signs that stake into the ground. These must be pre-approved, as well.
