I understand and agree that nobody can be removed from the lease mid-lease, and if this request is approved, it will only be effective when the next lease renewal is signed by all parties*

I understand and agree that all tenants on the original lease, including those being removed, will have to sign the lease renewal, because that is how it makes it legally binding to remove the old tenants*

I understand and agree that the security deposit cannot be divided up and returned in part, and that the tenant(s) who are leaving are giving up all of their rights to the security deposit when they are removed from the lease*

I understand and agree that all of the original tenants continue to be responsible for the payments, upkeep of the property, and all lease rules until the new lease renewal is effective that removes some tenant(s)*
