About Kevin Hintsa:
Many of you know our very own team member Kevin Hintsa as our "walking encyclopedia" of birds, plants and insects, but you may not know that he has been birding since 1969! Kevin has a degree in Wildlife Biology from North Carolina State University. He has been with WBU for more than 25 years and when he's not working, he's birding.
About Hank Fabian:
Hank has a Doctor of Arts degree in Biology from Idaho State University. He is a semi-retired biology professor currently teaching human anatomy at Contra Costa College. He retired from Merritt College where he developed their Master Naturalist Program. He has been birding for more than twenty years and enjoys traveling and exploring nature on all continents. A photographer since the age of 18, You will find Hank birding, herping, botanizing, checking for insects and peering up into trees or turning rocks and logs anywhere nature abounds.
Kevin and Hank have been exploring together since 2002!
