1.1 By submitting an order form, the Customer enters into a binding agreement with Local Coasters to produce and deliver 5,000 coasters and/or 6 bar runners (as per your order) featuring the Customer’s artwork or advertising design to the specified club/pub ("Designated Venue").
1.2 The Customer acknowledges that these Terms form part of the agreement and override any conflicting terms proposed by the Customer unless expressly agreed upon in writing by Local Coasters.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Full payment of the total amount is required at the time of order placement upon receipt of invoice. Payment must be cleared before any artwork approval, design work, or printing begins.
2.2 Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer as per invoice terms. Faiilure to make payment within seven (7) business days of order placement may result in order cancellation.
2.3 All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required under Australian law.
3. Artwork Submission and Approval
3.1 The Customer is responsible for submitting artwork in compliance with the specifications provided by Local Coasters. If the artwork does not meet these requirements, the Customer will be notified and must provide revised artwork promptly.
3.2 Local Coasters will provide a digital proof of the coaster design for the Customer’s approval before proceeding with printing. No changes can be made after the Customer has approved the proof.
3.3 The Customer warrants that the artwork submitted does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and complies with all applicable laws and advertising standards in New South Wales (NSW) and Australia.
4. Production and Delivery
4.1 Production of coasters will commence only after receipt of full payment and final approval of the artwork proof by the Customer.
4.2 Orders are typically delivered to the Designated Venue within three (3) to four (4) weeks of artwork approval and payment clearance. During peak periods, such as holiday seasons, delivery may take up to an additional two (2) weeks.
4.3 Local Coasters is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or supplier delays.
4.4 Delivery is limited to the Designated Venue specified by the Customer at the time of order placement. Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated in writing and approved by Local Coasters.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1 Once payment has been made and artwork proof approved, cancellations are not permitted. Refunds will only be provided as required under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
5.2 In the event of a major failure or defect in the product, the Customer is entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with the ACL. Any issues must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Local Coasters is not responsible for:
- Errors in the artwork approved by the Customer.
- Loss or damage caused during transit by third-party delivery services.
6.2 Our liability for any breach of these Terms or other claims is limited to the resupply of goods or refund of the amount paid, as allowed under NSW and Australian Consumer Law.
7. Compliance with Laws
7.1 The Customer warrants that the advertising content complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to those concerning false or misleading representations, defamation, and intellectual property rights.
7.2 Local Coasters reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders containing content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.
9.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.
10. General Provisions
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
10.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
