I confirm that my products are certified vegan & these ingredients should not be included, such as meat, fish, poultry, eggs, dairy, honey, and any other animal-derived products.I agree to provide the VEGAN STREET PARTY Team at least one promotional item to record/ photograph and promote per eventI agree to provide VEGAN STREET PARTY Team one Product, Gift-card, or Discount to be raffled per event.Vegan Street Party shall be held harmless from all claims, liability, damages, loss, costs, attorney fees and expenses of whatever kind or nature which might result from or arise out of any action or failure to act of the applicant.I understand that I may NOT pack up & leave the event early, before the scheduled time. If I choose to do so, I may not be permitted back to future VSP EventsI understand that if I arrive after my scheduled Set-up time, I may not be allowed to setup at the event & no refund will be issued.
