If your ID is expired you can upload an expired one but you need to head to MVA because you cannot start the application process with an expired ID. Therefore while we are doing your profile you should be ordering a new ID it only takes a few days to get back.*

Clear Photo Of SSC (This is simply for us to edit it's nothing we can do with it or you for that matter. Please make sure this is a clear photo it should be positioned straight not crooked, it should not be blurry, it should show all 4 corners, please make sure it is signed with your first and last name, This should be a quality photo because we need to have it edited.) ***Disclaimer: This program is a second chance program meaning you are using this because you are unable to get approved on your own. This is a great alternative but not a perfect alternative. This means we will work until we get you approved but you must be willing and able to allow us to utilize and exhaust all methods until your approved. We have no control over what systems properties/lenders put in place as things constantly change and Artificial Intelligence is constantly being put in place to detect against CPN's and Artificial Documents. All we can do is try our best to work around them.We do not rush our process and we do not tolerate any disrespect. If your facing eviction please note our time frames for each package are listed and they can sometimes take less time or be extended depending on a variation of things.The listed timeframe does not include the application process we have no control over that. We respond to correspondence within 48 business hrs we operate Mon-Fri 11am-5pm no weekends no holidays. ALL communication will be done via email ONLY! IF a property/lender uses POE for screening you need to cancel the application it does not matter what package you have CPN's cannot pass that screening. Regional Management/WPM/UDR & Morgan Properties & properties that use SDOT are hit or miss and are certainly a no go without a Tradeline and sometimes your real work paystubs. All continental Reality Properties require you to login to your bank via a 3rd party to prove direct deposit so you will have to use your own paystubs or select another property, sometimes they will accept offer letters but not always. Any property/lender can ask for additional documents outside of what comes with your package. Items that we can provide we have listed with additional products along with the price. We have no control of what they request but you can decide if you wish to pay for it or move on from that property/lendor. Now if a property/lendor ask you to fill out a form to send to SSA Administration to verify your social, clearly you know you need to move on because NO SSA will not verify your CPN! All rental applications must be done online. I also recommend doing auto loans online as well. No private landlords or realty companies unless you have the ultimate package. No Government Assistance, Tax Credit, or Income Based properties your using a CPN! If you're in another state other than MD go ahead and purchase a Tradeline it's not optional. If you have a criminal background please note most systems we can bypass but some will be able to detect it but again we move around it. You are responsible for your own security deposits, application fees, and or administrative fees. We have no control of what these fees are. Your also responsible for your own renters insurance and BGE/auto insurance. You are responsible for whatever you do with your CPN. If you get something with it and don't pay it that's a risk you take. When you move just remember that you provide your ID so if you don't pay yes they will impose collection against you the same as they would under your real social. We do provide a property list however you do not have to go off that list and due to constant changes with property systems the list will never be 100% accurate. Just because something is on the denial list does not mean you'll be denied and the same for the approval list. All Sales Are Final Absolutely NO REFUNDS!
