Melbourne Fringe Senior Producer (Curated Program) Application Form

The Senior Producer (Curated Program) is an exciting opportunity to join the Melbourne Fringe Programs & Projects team as a senior manager.

This is a short-term contract role, while the incumbant is on professional development leave; the role will commence as soon as possible and continue through until 31 October, 2025.

The right person for this role will be a talented and experienced producer with experience in senior management roles. Their producing experience will have had a focus on live performance events and work in public space, and they will have an interest in working on large-scale participatory and community-driven projects. They will have spent years developing program delivery skills as a producer, and consider themselves an expert at project management. They will understand that one of the greatest talents a producer needs to possess is stakeholder management, and as such their negotiation and interpersonal skills are as strong as their budgeting and contract drafting skills. This role will be the most senior producer on the team, so the successful candidate will be looking forward to thinking strategically about their projects and self-managing a complex workload, rather than working under constant direction from their manager.
