To enrol in any School age programs, you will need to complete a different enrolment form. Please note that this form is for our Pre School Ready Set classes only. If your child attends school, they will be in our Mainstream school age programs. You can enrol and find further info on our school age programs via our webpage. www.ucandance.com.au
