NOTES FOR PROSPECTIVE APPLICANTS

The European Cooperative Study Group on Pediatric Rare Tumors (EXPeRT) has been founded in 2008 with the goal of improving the quality of medical care for children, adolescents and young adult with very rare tumors and to support clinical and scientific research in very rare tumors.
How to apply for EXPeRT Membership:

EXPeRT membership is open to persons with proven activity in the care, research or training in pediatric oncology, in particular in very rare tumors (evidence of a commitment to the field of pediatric rare tumors is sought from a brief CV requested with every application).

Your application will be forwarded to the chair of EXPeRT, who presents all membership applications during the EXPeRT Board monthly meetings. The EXPeRT board is sovereign to decide about the admission of new members. You are asked to study and follow the linked rules for EXPeRT membership.

A Euro 20 fee is required per member, to be paid at the beginning of the year to SIOPE Office in order to enable the group to be self-supporting during events and congresses. This amount of fee might be modified in the years ahead. We ask you to actively participate in our work to enhance our goals.
