* A self-paid background check will be required prior to appointing any position for Head Coach or proposed key staff members.
* Coaching staff for the following roles must be listed and will be required to participate in the interview process:
1. 1st Assistant Coach
(This person will be assigned the Head Coach position if the position requires replacement)
2. Team Parent
* All applicants must demonstrate a clear understanding of the organizational hierarchy, including the governing board structure, and acknowledge their responsibility to manage their team and comply with decisions from the Board of Directors, Executive Board, and President.
