Golf Cart Lease Agreement

We hereby agree to the following terms for leasing golf carts from the Stoltzfoos Golf Carts. Liability for property damage or injuries incurred while the cart is being used by the leaser will be the responsibility of the leaser, not the responsibility of the Stoltzfoos Golf Carts. By this agreement, we agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Stoltzfoos Golf Carts and Benuel J. Stoltzfoos from any liability as described above.

Terms of Use:
1. If not disclosed otherwise, carts are being leased for one round of golf. There will be an additional charge if carts are used for anything over one round of golf
2. Golf carts from the rental fleet shall not be used for marshaling, course maintenance, or as a food/drink wagon on the golf course at any time.
3. Damaged Carts - We acknowledge and agree that we are responsible for payment to repair all damage to carts while at our club, regardless of cause. Any damage will be repaired by Stoltzfoos Golf Carts and parts and Labor for repairs will be billed to the leaser. Should the cart be a total loss, the lessor will be billed replacement cost for demolished or stolen carts.
Cancelation Policy
1. Any carts canceled in less than seven (7) days prior to the reservation date will be charged at rate of one-half of the rental fee and delivery fee per cart.
2. All cancellations must be cancelled in writing via email or otherwise.
3. In the occasion that the event is cancelled due to weather, leaser will be billed one-half of normal rental fee.
Returning Carts:
1. There will be a charge of $100.00 per cart for removal of stickers, decals, tape, or residue left on the carts when returned.
2. All Golf Carts must be left at the agreed upon location or leaser may incur an additional $85.00/hour fee for drivers having to ferry carts.
3. Container of keys are to be left under the seat of one cart parked in the opposite direction of the other carts. If keys are not left with the carts are an agreed upon location leaser may incur a $25.00 fee.
4. Any missing keys must be returned to Stoltzfoos Golf Carts via mail within 7 days or leaser may incur a $3.00/per key fee.
Terms: Full payment MUST be made within 30 days of outing, no exceptions. After 30 days there will be a fee of 5% added per month.
