FDC2025 Host Application

Are you interested in spending time with an expert in your field and receiving FREE CE credits? Sign up to be an FDC2025 Speaker Host! Speaker Hosts provide an invaluable service to the FDA by greeting, assisting, and introducing FDC speakers onsite. We are asking for your support in serving as a host. The deadline to submit an FDC2025 Host Application is Friday, March 28, 2025.

As a host, you have the opportunity to:

• Get to know outstanding experts.
• Receive free tuition for the assigned lecture course(s).
  
• Receive a $50 credit for the assigned workshop course(s) after fulfulling hosting duties.
• Receive a $25 lunch voucher for Exhibit Hall concessions on the day on which you serve.
• Receive CE credit for the course which you host, if applicable.

 Please keep in mind:

• Course fees will be waived for each hosted lecture course (coded C, DV, NC, OP, PM, or RM).
• If you host a workshop course (coded W or MR), you will receive a $50 credit. You must register for the workshop and pay the course fee to receive continuing education credit (due to limited seating and price). After fulfilling your host assignment onsite, the $50 credit will be applied to the credit card on file in your registration.  
• If you host a credit course or state-mandated course, you will receive continuing education credit for the course.
  
• If you host a non-credit course, you will not receive continuing education credit.  

To sign up to be a Speaker Host:

1. Complete the FDC2025 Host application below.

2. Register for FDC and the course(s) you wish to host. We encourage volunteers to select two to three assignments. 

• For lecture courses, you register for the course but do not pay the balance. Once your hosting application is reviewed and approved, FDC staff will apply the appropriate discount for the assigned course.
• For workshop courses, you register and pay for the course upfront. The $50 credit will be applied to the credit card on file in your registration once the hosting assignment has been fulfilled onsite. 

Speaker Host Policy:

• Speaker Host assignments are selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Speaker Hosts must attend the morning or afternoon orientation on the first day of their volunteer assignment. If you fail to check-in or show up for your hosting assignment, you will be charged the on-site course fee for selected lecture courses and you will not receive the $50 credit for selected hands-on courses. The FDA reserves the right to invoice the attendee for these penalty fees.

Disclaimer: The FDC Chair determines which courses are available to host so not all courses will need a host.
