1. Mission:
We believe that the sacred mushroom was placed on the earth for spiritual purposes, and we assert our right and the rights of our members under the first amendment of the US Constitution the Federal Religious Freedom and Restoration Act of 1993 to intentionally commune with entheogenic substances in order to experience God and ultimately, to heal the traumas that separate us from our divinity and wholeness.
2. Membership:
Membership in the Embodied Microdosing Ministry is open to anyone who shares these beliefs. By becoming a member, individuals affirm their commitment to the principles of our ministry and agree to participate in our community in a respectful manner.
3. Privacy:
a. The Ministry respects the privacy and confidentiality of its members. All personal information provided by Members shall be kept strictly confidential and used only for internal purposes related to the operation of the Ministry. Confidential records are kept to ensure the privacy of members, and membership and participation within this organization is completely confidential.
b. The Church shall not disclose any personal information of its Members to third parties under any circumstances.
c. Access to sacrament and guidance in using the sacrament is only available only to those who have chosen to sign this member agreement for the ministry.
4. Sacrament:
The Embodied Microdosing Ministry recognizes the inclusion of psychoactive plants, fungi and compounds as integral to our personal practices and healing ceremonies. Members have the right to participate in these practices and ceremonies in accordance with their sincere spiritual beliefs. Microdosing and macrodosing of psychedelic substances will be done with intention and care, so that members may receive a supported spiritual experience.
5. Code of Conduct:
a. Members agree to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the values of the Ministry, this includes treating fellow members, support team, and guests with respect, kindness, and compassion.
b. Members shall refrain from engaging in any behavior that disrupts the harmony and sanctity of Embodied Microdosing Ministry ceremonies or activities, including any lewd or sexually suggestive comments in the Community.
6. Termination:
The Embodied Microdosing Ministry reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual who violates the terms of this Agreement or engages in conduct deemed detrimental to the mission and integrity of the Ministry.
7. Amendments:
This Agreement may be amended or modified by the Embodied Microdosing Ministry from time to time as necessary. Members will be notified of any changes, and their continued membership constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Liability:
By participating in the activities and programs of this ministry, members acknowledge and agree that the ministry, its staff, volunteers, and any affiliated organizations shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation in Embodied Microdosing Ministry related events or activities. Members accept full responsibility for their own actions and any consequences that may arise, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Ministry from any claims, demands, or legal actions related to the risks of participating in healing work.
9. Acknowledgement:
By signing this agreement, I confirm that I am in good physical and mental health, have undertaken all appropriate checks for contraindications related to any medications I may use, and understand that participation in this organization is not a substitute for professional mental or physical healthcare. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own education, research, and obtaining any necessary health support.
I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Embodied Microdosing Ministry Agreement.
