NO REDUCTION OR PRO-RATED DISCOUNTS FOR ABSENCES

Tuition is NEVER PRO-RATED or REDUCED for ABSENCES, SICKNESS (INCLUDING COVID) VACATIONS and program closings due to INCLEMENT WEATHER

NO MAKE-UPS CLASSES FOR ABSENCES

No make-up classes are offered for the camp session for missed classes due to absences, vacations, sickness (including Covid related) and program closings due to inclement weather. Classes can not be carried over to the next session.
WITHDRAWAL

I understand that a class space is reserved for each student. A written notice via email MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 days prior to class date to receive a credit towards future class LESS a NON-REFUNDABLE $40 tuition processing fee.
DISCOUNT

ONLY ONE PER FAMILY AND CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH ANY OTHER OFFER
CONDUCT

For the safety and general welfare of all students, YOGIBOP & ALL ABOUT SPANISH reserves the unrestricted right to remove a student whose conduct or influence, in the opinion of the director, is inimical to the best interest of the program.
INJURIES

Parents, legal guardians of minors, students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on All About Spanish property during YogiBop Camp resulting from normal activity or any other activity conducted by the students during school time. YogiBop & All About Spanish is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage done to vehicles.
MEDICATIONS

NO MEDICATIONS will be given at our program. We should be notified immediately if the child develops a contagious disease. The staff will also be alert to any of the symptoms noted above. If any symptoms are observed the child’s parent and/or caregiver will be notified to come to the school. The child will be removed from the classroom and wait at the school lobby with a Teacher Assistant until a parent and/or caregiver arrives.
HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES

We follow regulations from OFFICE OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES, New York State and the CDC guidelines. We will continue to update new guidelines and hope to be ABLE TO OPERATE OUR PROGRAM AS CLOSE TO "NORMAL" AS POSSIBLE.
