Complete this application to be considered for the Utah Promise, Technical Education, C. Scott & Dorothy E. Watkins Foundation Scholarship, On The Rise, or other needs-based scholarships. .
Eligibility
- Applicants must meet the requirements for Utah Residency
- Adult students with a high school diploma or GED
- High school seniors in their last semester
- Have submitted a FAFSA Application
- MTECH students must be in good academic standing
Important Note: High school applicants must provide MTECH with proof of a high school diploma or GED before any awards can be disbursed.

FAFSA Requirement: Complete the FAFSA even if your MTECH program is not eligible for Federal Financial Aid. Completion of the FAFSA is required for most scholarship applications and is used to help the scholarship committee screen for financial need. If there are extenuating circumstances preventing you from completing the FAFSA, please contact the Scholarships & Grants Office for guidance.
