    Conference Registration - after Feb. 8th  $100.00
    Presenter Discount ($20.00 per mini-session, $40.00 per sesssion - can be split among multiple presenters)  
    Adjunct Registration $10.00*
    Vendor Registration $420.00

    *Adjunct registration will be refunded at check-in.

    If your registration is being paid as a group (e.g., by your Division), we still request that you complete the registration form so we can maintain an accurate headcount.
