    I started going to the gym back in 2019, I had 0 knowledge didn't have a clue to where even start.Throughout my journey I've tried different "diets" such as keto, tracking my macros, protein but I got exhausted it drained me to the point where I would beat myself up and was no longer enjoying the journey. Throughout the years I've self-taught myself with the right nutrition, workout plan and consistency, I finally began to see results and really fell in love with fitness. Which lead to challenging myself more and joining the CrossFit community which is a strength and conditioning program with constant varied functional movements executed at high intensity today I am a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Fitness has allowed me to break through limits I never thought I could reach, and has constantly driven me to become the best version of myself. My journey helped me find the confidence in myself that I was always searching for. My mission is to empower other women, help them get results, and encourage them to love themselves in their own skin! START YOUR TRANSFORMATION WITH ME.
