What: Join Yoga Teacher Deb Wineman for a 45 min Vinyasa Yoga Class & Laura Rategan for a 45 min Sound Bath.
When: January 23, 2025 6:30-8:15pm
Where: 440 Central Ave, above Enaz, downtown Highland Park
Investment $45~ a portion of each ticket will be donated to the LA fire department for supplies needed to help fight the wildfires.
Bring: Anything you need to be comfortable for a yoga class and sound bath~ yoga mat, water, blanket and pillow
