You can double-check your links by opening a "Private" (Safari), "InPrivate" (Edge), or "Incognito" (Chrome) window and entering your shared link. If you receive a "You do not have access" or a "Sign-In Required" landing page instead of the document, then the link does not have open access for viewing.
Previously, shared links in student drives or cloud platforms were inaccessible due to firewall restrictions for external viewers. Best Practice - photos (for cloud platforms) should be stored in the adviser's drive for optimal accessibility.
