Complete Labor & Staffing of Lewiston, ME is now hiring multiple Cannabis Grow Techs to join our client's fast-paced team in Auburn, ME. This role involves assisting with the general maintenance of plants, trimming during harvest, and cleaning the grow facility.

Candidates must have a valid Maine RIC card and be able to start immediately.

Cannabis Grow Tech Responsibilities:
- Assist with cleaning plants and maintaining grow stations to ensure optimal health.
- Help with the trimming process during harvest using trimming scissors.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Support the packaging process, excluding product weighing.
- Assist in all steps of the process from trimming to packaging as directed.
Cannabis Grow Tech Qualifications:
- Must have a current, valid RIC card for the state of Maine and provide proof.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Prior experience in plant maintenance or a similar environment is a plus but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay of $17.00 - $18.00.
