Application Information for Pastoral Respite Care at Riverbend Ranch

We are honored to offer respite care for pastors and their families at Riverbend Ranch. Our heart is to serve those who have faithfully poured into their communities by providing a place of rest, renewal, and coaching. However, as much as we would love to welcome everyone, not all applications can be accepted, and we carefully review each request to ensure we are best meeting the needs of those we serve.

Here’s what to expect if your application is accepted:

Before confirming your stay, we will schedule a phone call to learn more about your current season of ministry and discuss how we can best serve you during your time at Riverbend. This will be followed by a coaching and information call to help you prepare for your retreat.

During your stay, you can have a personalized, in-person coaching session tailored to your specific needs. We aim to provide encouragement and practical tools to help you return to ministry with renewed strength and clarity. After your stay, we will follow up with a post-retreat check-in to continue supporting your journey.

We understand that every pastor’s situation is unique. Each stay is personalized to meet your needs, whether focused on rest, spiritual renewal, leadership coaching, or family time. Please let us know if you plan to bring your spouse or children so we can accommodate your family’s needs and ensure everyone has a meaningful experience.
