REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS

Prospective applicants must submit the following:
1. Résumé: Upload a PDF copy of your résumé including work history, experience, education, and relevant training history.
  - Do NOT include photographs of the applicant on the résumé.
  - Do NOT include a printout of your entire training history.
2. Organization Chart: Upload a PDF copy of your organization chart with your position clearly indicated on the chart. Limit organization chart to no more than 2 pages.
3. Letter of Interest: Upload a letter of interest to the PELS Selection Committee indicating why you want to attend PELS and your goals and expectations of the program. Only PDF files are accepted.
4. Nomination Form: A completed nomination form endorsed by the chief executive of the organization. For LEO’s, nomination forms must be signed by the Chief of Police or Sheriff. Nomination forms can be downloaded at this link (https://assets.noviams.com/novi-file-uploads/vacp/migrated%20assets/images/pels20nomination20form.pdf).
  - If the chief or sheriff is the applicant, the application must be signed by the town/city/county manager.
