    Logistics [NGO Only]: This practical, problem-solving group shares real-time challenges and solutions as implementers working within the challenges of global logistics.

    Leaders: Michael Brown, Childfund International; Peter Tokarczyk, Americares.

    Recent topics: shipping line challenges; freight forwarder relationships; donation delivery to complex environments.

    Spotlight on Hygiene Kits: This practical group dives into the effectiveness, innovation, and reach of hygiene kit programs and also maintains PQMD’s Spotlight on Hygiene Kits Toolkit.

    Leader: Brian Sink, Heart to Heart. 

    Recent topics: addressing concerns with hygiene kit programs; managing hygiene kit redesign.

    AI: This group is focused on how PQMD’s members are using AI. It’s an interest group focused on resource sharing and peer learning in real time. Conversations range from operations to ethics.

    Leader: Caldwell Bishop, IMA World Health | Corus International; Noah Laird, Heart to Heart International.

    Recent topics: shared examples of AI usage at member organizations; AI utilization in supply chain management.

    Domestic Disaster Response & Recovery: This group is for our network focused on domestic disaster response and recovery, underscoring knowledge sharing, collaboration, and trust-building at all levels during a time of shifting resources.

    Recent topic: Developing a common language & parameters for how NGOs work together and with state actors.

    Donations Impact: This group focuses on the results of product donations. With a focus on how members think about metrics, use data, and shape their impact stories strategically. Members learn from each other to and find common ground around donations of pharmaceuticals, supplies and devices accompanied by programs and services.

    Innovative Finance & Investment: thematic discussions on innovative finance and organizational readiness to engage.
