Booking Policies + Client Agreement
Please review the following policies carefully. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all booking policies. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth experience. 🤍
New Client Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required for all new client appointments and will be applied toward your scheduled service. Deposits may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment when at least 48 hours notice is provided. Rescheduling outside of the allowed time frame will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will have a $30 late fee added to the total. Depending on the amount of time missed and the service booked, your appointment may also need to be adjusted or rescheduled. I will always extend the same courtesy and communicate with you if l am ever running behind.
Cancellations
I understand life happens and sometimes plans change! Please provide at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours, as well as no-shows, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Appointment Prep
Please arrive with clean, dry & detangled hair for the best results unless otherwise discussed prior to your appointment. Arriving with wet hair requires additional time and an additional blow-dry fee will be added to your service.
