Vegetable Order Form

This weekly fresh sheet represents everything that's currently available from our farm in East Ridge, TN. The produce options are seasonal, so check in every week to see what's available. Delivery days will be Friday, Saturday, or Sunday so please specify which day you'd prefer on the form below. Deliveries available only for orders $20 or more and no more than 2 miles from the 37412 zip code. All orders, any size, can be picked up from the farm in East Ridge.

Fresh Garlic

Fresh garlic is garlic that is fully matured but hasn't yet been fully cured. When garlic is fresh, it's juicier and has a more subtle and vibrant taste. Price is for one bulb.

Small to medium carrots with thin skin and minimal core. These are great carrots for fresh eating or cooking. Price is per bunch.(5-9 carrots)

For CASH/CHECK payment, make sure that your delivery address is correct and meets the delivery requirements. Then, press the SUBMIT button. It is important that someone is present at time of delivery to remit payment for the order.

Please be advised, DELIVERY option is reserved for orders $20 or greater and a delivery address within 2 miles from the 37412 zip code.

All orders less than $20 will need to choose the FARM PICKUP option.
FARM PICKUP is an option we offer our customers who would like to come to the farm and pick up their order or who have an order that does not meet the delivery requirements. This is also an option for people who would like to pick the vegetables themselves. Then, click the SUBMIT button.

For ONLINE payment, make sure that your delivery address is correct and that your order meets the delivery requirements. Then, click the SUBMIT button. You will be redirected to a page that has a link to pay for your order online. You will need to click on the payment link on the next page.
