SIX ONLINE SESSIONS: Mondays 3.30-5.30pm on 8 Sep, 15 Sep, 29 Sep, 6 Oct, 13 Oct & 20 Oct (no session on 22 Sep) Plus follow up sessions on 18 November, 8 December 2025. With Ruth Sequeira and Catherine Cameron.
