Parent/Guardian consent to participate: I give permission for the above named young person to attend the Young Leader weekend betwee 7.00pm on Friday - to 6.00pm Sunday 2026. I understand that the Camp Leader reserves the right to send any participant's home if necessary. If it becomes necessary for my child to receive medical treatment and I cannot be contacted by telephone or any other means to authorise this, I hereby give my consent to any necessary medical treatment and authorise the Scouters in charge of the camp to sign any document required by the hospital authorities.
