  • BUSKER GUIDELINES/CONSENT 

     

    • All entertainers must fill out the Busker Application Form.
    • Performances should always be appropriate for a family based audience. (No profanity)
    • Buskers must perform in the designated areas, unless otherwise arranged with the market manager or authorized personnel.
    • Performers under 16 must have the approval of their legal guardian.
    • Performers may put out a hat or case to collect money but may not verbally ask the public for money.
    • Buskers must adhere to the allotted time listed in the Busker Application form.
    • Buskers will be responsible for the setup and takedown of their own equipment.
    • At all times, performers must conduct themselves in a manner that is courteous to other entertainers, vendors, and public and be open to feedback from the market and its vendors. Remember that you are a welcomed guest and we do appreciate your contribution to the East St. Paul Farmers Market, but we must ensure the comfort of our customers and vendors alike.
    • The East St. Paul Farmers Market personnel will inform successful applicants.
    • Buskers will be paid an honorarium of $40 per two hour slot
    • Buskers are a welcomed guest to the Farmers Market and are required to abide by all guidelines listed above. Failure to do so may result with the termination of performance as well as jeopardize future partnership with the East St. Paul Farmers Market.

  • I, the busker understand the guidelines listed in the above application and give my consent to adhere to all conditions listed. I release the East St. Paul Farmers Market and the host location, as well as any of its assignees and employees, from any liability for injury or damage incurred at the time of the East St. Paul Farmers Market.
