    There is a requirement for a tapewormer to be administered between 24h and 120h before entering these countries.

  • Proof of Rabies Vaccination and Microchip

    Please upload clear, high-quality scanned copies or photos of one of the following:

    Option 1: Rabies Vaccination Certificate
    A certificate issued by your vet that:

    • Contains the Full name, signature and stamp of the administering veterinarian.
    • Confirms that the microchip was verified at the time of vaccination.


    Option 2: EU Pet Passport
    Photos must clearly show the following pages:

    • Owner’s details
    • Veterinarian’s details
    • Pet’s details
    • Microchip information
    • Rabies vaccination record

    Important:

    • Include all 4 corners of each page in the photo
    • Ensure the passport serial number is clearly visible

    Option 3: Vaccination Card
    We can accept vaccination cards only if they include:

    • Owner’s details
    • Pet’s details
    • Rabies vaccination details
    • Full name and signature of the administering veterinarian
    • Practice stamp
    • Confirmation that the microchip was checked at the time of vaccination

    Option 4: Veterinary Medical Records

    Your vet must email the records directly to info@ahcdirect.co.uk

I understand that I will be asked to sign an official EU declaration (the exact format of which will depend upon the country of entry to the EU) confirming that the reason for travel is not to sell or transfer ownership of the animal(s), and that the animal(s) will travel within five days of the owner.*

    We will check all the information and we will let you know if everything is in order or if we require any extra documents from you of your vets.

    If you haven't received a response from us after 48 hrs please check your SPAM or JUNK folder.

    Please note that we will ask for a deposit to be paid to secure your appointment. We will ask for this only after we confirm that all the details are in order and that we can issue an animal health certificate for your pet/pets.

    *Due to some recent no-shows, for collections from Milton Keynes we ask for the full payment to be made at least 3 days prior to the appointment.

    This is fully refundable if you email us requesting to cancel your appointment at least 48 hrs before your scheduled collection time.
