At CVC, coaching is not just a role - it's a mission. It’s about building and shaping athletes who are not only technically skilled but also resilient, disciplined, and united under a shared vision. We believe coaches are architects of both performance and character, guiding athletes toward their full potential while driving the culture that defines us.

Our playing identity: Fast, Relentless, Precise, sets the standard for athletes and coaches alike. With up to 5 hours of weekly training, preparation for state and national competitions, and a commitment to excellence on and off the court, we expect our coaches to drive intensity, foster accountability, and create an environment where growth is inevitable.

VISION 2032: LEADING FORCE IN VOLLEYBALL

But we are building more than teams — we are building toward Vision 2032: to become Queensland's leading force in volleyball by the Brisbane Olympics. Coaching at CVC means contributing to initiatives like CVC Protect, CVC Talent, culture-building programs, and community engagement activities that ensure our athletes thrive as players and as people.

5. Willingness to embrace transparency, open-mindedness, and data-driven improvement
