We’re gearing up for Viva Fresh and are excited to host two golf tournaments and a pickleball tournament this year. These events promise to be fantastic opportunities for connection, fun, and celebration, but we can’t do it alone—we need your help! 

We’re looking for dedicated TIPA members to
· Volunteer as part of our “boots-on-the-ground” support team during these events.
· Join the Committees for golf and pickleball to help with planning and ensure everything runs smoothly. Committee members will gain insight into event logistics, so they know exactly how things will play out the day of the event. 

As a volunteer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the success of the tournaments by assisting with tasks such as:
· Registration: Welcoming participants and checking them in.
· Directing Participants: Helping players find their way to courses or courts.
· Spotting Holes: Ensuring the smooth flow of play during the golf tournaments.
· Keeping Score: Tracking performance to ensure accurate results.
· Set-Up & Tear-Down: Supporting TIPA staff with event logistics.

Please note: Volunteers will not be able to play in the events, as you’ll be working during them.
