Oòṣàdíyà Wellness LLC was founded by Ifáṣemílóore, a certified 200-hour yoga instructor through My Vinyasa Practice and a certified children’s yoga instructor through Pretzel Kids Yoga. With over five years of experience teaching yoga and meditation, Ifáṣemílóore is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where individuals can explore healing practices and experience the transformative power of wellness.

At Oòṣàdíyà Wellness, we create uniques experiences for all can enjoy the physical, spiritual, and mental benefits of yoga, sound healing, and more while celebrating culture and promoting wellness. Ifáṣemílóore has led impactful workshops like Yoga: Live from the Chrysalis in Ibadan, Nigeria, and collaborated with organizations in New Orleans to design unique, meditative movement experiences.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

Private Yoga: We offer private sessions for individuals and groups! We can tailor sessions for friends, sports teams, parties and more.
Children's & Family Yoga: Children's yoga is a fantastic way to promote self-control and foster emotional well-being in our young ones. Creating a safe and engaging environment with age-appropriate yoga poses, relaxation techniques, games, and stories can help children develop bodily awareness, concentration, and stress management skills.
Corporate Yoga: We offer on-site and virtual yoga classes tailored to the needs and schedules of companies. Providing options such as:

-Desk Yoga
-Mindfulness Sessions
-Stress Relief Workshops
Meditation: Need to be led in individual or group meditation? We offer meditation sessions for both private settings and public events!
Sound Bath: This meditative experience immerses the client in the soothing vibrations of instruments like singing bowls and tuning forks. These harmonic sounds promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support emotional and physical healing.
