• Spring 2025 Meal Plan Change Form

    Please note: the downgrade period has past. Downgrades can be made during the two weeks following the first day Monday-Friday classes begin. Upgrades can be made anytime throughout the semester using the form below.

  • New Students (including transfers)

    All new students (including transfers) in their first or second semester who are living on campus are required to be on the Wolfie Deluxe meal plan. Resident students select their meal plan in the housing selection portal.

    Adding Dining Dollars

    Additional Dining Dollars can be added to this plan at any point throughout the semester. Dining Dollars roll over from fall to spring and expire at the end of the Spring semester. Remaining balances are forfeited.

    Cancellation Requests

    For details on how to cancel your plan visit the Terms page on the Meal Plan website or contact the Auxiliary Services Association Office at mealplan@stonybrook.edu.
