This form is for ALL commissioned and ordained clergy in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Georgia. New Instructions this year: If you completed and returned your Renewal of Standing for 2024 and received your annual Clergy ID card, and your basic information has not changed during 2024, you are welcome to fill in your name below and then skip forward to the questions beginning at the top of page 3. (Theological Foundations and Policies and Criteria for the Ordering of Ministry, Section 11.F.2.b.iii.).
