Well, Now What? Being a (fearfully aware) Psychotherapist in an Unstable Political Climate: Supporting Trans* Clients
This training is over, but a recording is available.
Training Information
We keep hearing news about threats to the trans* community and gender affirming care is constantly on the chopping block. What does that mean for how we can support our trans* clients? How can we approach care with ethics and cultural humility? How can we connect our clients with appropriate resources? In this training, we discussed these issues and apply them to case scenarios.
Training Objectives
Define Cultural Humility | Identify Ways to Support Trans* Individuals on Macro and Micro Levels | Practice Case Conceptualization of Working with Trans* Individuals
