Paravet K9 Casualty Care Course

2 Days of K9 Casualty Care Training 

Day 1: Monday March 3rd, 2025

Start Time: 0900

- Worn duty uniform or rough wear civilian clothes are appropriate for both days of training. Fake blood is used extensively, it may stain clothes. 

- All participants are required to read & sign this waiver and release form on the first day of the course.

Course Cost : $400 per attendee

- Course is open to Law Enforcement, Fire/Rescue & EMS only. 

- Payment can be made via enrollment form, requested invoice, or check.

- Payment is preffered by February 17th, 2025.

Informed Agreement and Acknowledgement

By submitting this form, the organization acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: the cost of the course is $400 per student. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the course date. Payment is preffered 10 days prior to the course date. Online payment details can be found below.
