As part of this project, you are eligible to receive a one-time royalty share from online Amazon sales. The profit will be split evenly among contributing authors after the first year of publication.

Tax Deduction

You retain full ownership of your chapter and may reuse or republish it in the future however you choose.

ISBN Registration
The book will be cataloged and assigned an ISBN, making it searchable and available through formal book channels and online retailers.

 

Final Review Option
You will have an opportunity to review your chapter for final spelling or typo corrections before it goes to print.

Guaranteed Registration
Your spot is secure once you register and submit payment, even if your chapter is not yet written. We welcome all stories. In rare cases where a chapter may need revision or does not meet the publishing criteria, we will communicate directly with you to resolve it.

Submission Guidelines

Chapter Length: 1,000 to 1,450 words
Author Bio: 50 to 200 words
Total Word Count (Chapter + Bio): Must not exceed 1,500 words
Examples:

If your chapter is 1,450 words, your bio can be no longer than 50 words.
If your bio is 200 words, your chapter must be capped at 1,300 words.

Author Agreement and Commitment

This agreement is entered into by and between Power Within Publishing, owned by Azadeh Atzberger ("Publisher"), and the undersigned contributing author ("Author") participating in the Breakdown Through Breakthrough collaborative book project.

By signing this agreement, you (“Author”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rights Granted
You hereby grant Azadeh Atzberger non-exclusive, worldwide rights in all languages to publish and use your submitted material in the Breakdown Through Breakthrough book. This includes usage in the book and any related future editions, revisions, promotional content, and subsidiary uses. Final editorial decisions rest solely with the Publisher.

2. Editorial Discretion
The Publisher reserves the right to edit or shorten your submitted materials at their discretion, particularly if submissions exceed the specified word limits (e.g., chapter, biography, author quote, featured section, etc.). Every effort will be made to preserve the integrity and message of your work.

3. Ownership and Reuse
You retain ownership of your original manuscript and are free to republish or reuse it after the official release of the collaborative book.

You grant the Publisher permission to publish your name, headshot, bio, and submitted chapter or section in the book and in promotional and digital materials used to market the book.

4. Marketing & Profit Share
You agree to engage in basic, no-cost promotional efforts (e.g., social media sharing or word-of-mouth promotion).

You may purchase copies of the book at wholesale pricing for resale at your own profit.

One year after publication, authors will receive a one-time royalty profit share from net royalties earned via Amazon KDP sales. This amount will be evenly distributed among all contributing authors.

5. Communication Expectations
You agree to maintain a valid, monitored email address for all communication related to this project.

All communication will be conducted via email only. You agree to add azadeh@finallyfreelife.com to your safe sender list to ensure delivery.

Participation in the author community group (Facebook) is recommended but optional.

Each author must register individually. Spots may not be gifted, transferred, orshared.

6. Author Commitments
By signing this agreement, you commit to:

Submitting your chapter and required materials early or by the specified deadlines.
Following all formatting and submission guidelines.

Meeting project timelines and respecting the collaborative process.

Failure to meet these terms, including missing deadlines or submitting incomplete work, may result in the removal of your chapter without refund.

7. Payment & Registration Terms
Collaboration book purchases are specific to the Breakdown Through Breakthrough project and cannot be transferred to future books or other offerings.

All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to changes in your personal circumstances, shifts in topic, or inability to complete the project.

By signing below, you confirm your understanding and agreement to the terms of participation outlined above.

No Promotional Materials Agreement

As a contributing author to Breakdown Through Breakthrough, I understand and agree to the following:

I agree that my submitted chapter will be personal story-based and will not include any form of business promotion or client references. My chapter will comply with Power Within Publishing’s submission guidelines, editorial standards, and the Story-Only Chapter Policy.

Specifically, I agree that:

My chapter will focus solely on my personal journey, experiences, growth, and healing.

I will not reference my business name, services, programs, credentials, or clients within the body of my chapter.

Any tools, practices, or modalities I mention will be shared only as part of my own personal healing or transformation—not in a promotional or advisory context.

If my chapter does not meet these standards, the Publisher reserves the right to edit, modify, or fully remove my submission without refund.

I understand that promotional content may be appropriately included in my Author Bio and optional Featured Author Add-On, but not within my chapter content.

I affirm that I have read and agree to this policy, and I am committed to upholding the integrity of this powerful, story-driven collaboration.
