• Cabaret & Burlesque Entry Form

    Please complete the form below to perform at the Glitter & Glam Cabaret & Burlesque Show

  • This form is to request time to perform in the Cabaret and Burlesque show on Saturday March 22rd in Titusville, Fl at Cafe Paradiso.

    Please fill out this form by March 1st. Music and photos must be submitted NO LATER than March 8th!

    **Dancers: please arrive 30 minutes before the doors open**

    MP3s are REQUIRED and can be emailed to naturalave@gmail.com
    Please put in the Subject Line Glitter&Glam 2025 with Music and Troupe/Performer name. If troupe is performing more than once, please add Troupe Name #1 and #2. We would also appreciate a photo to include in promotions for the show.
    Please note: There is currently no maximum number of performances per person/troupe, however this may change if there are many entries. You will be emailed if this does change.

  • Are you doing a striptease? Please note we require pasties and G-strings at the minimum. No nudity, thank you (if you take off ANY clothing, it is a striptease).
