  • Have any of your kitty(ies) recently tested positive for or shown any symptoms of feline panleukopenia (FPV) AKA feline parvovirus (vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy)? Have you had any contact with any kitties outside of your home that may have FPV?*
  • Have any of household members or your animals at home recently had ringworm (fungal infections)? Have you had any contact with any animals or people outside of your home that may have ringworm?*
  • Do you have any prior experience owning, caring for, and/or handling cats?*
  • If you are applying for any leadership positions (coordinator. board member, or admin), we will require you to participate in an in-person orientation/training for that role with our Executive Director or President. You can schedule as many days as you'd like for training, until you are comfortable with the role tasks! Is this something you are willing/able to do?*
  • If you are applying for any kennel cleaner positions, you must be comfortable handling timid and/or spicy cats (Kevlar gloves are provided for your safety when handling spicy cats). You will train with/shadow another experienced volunteer until you are comfortable on your own. Is this something you are willing/able to do?*
  • If you are applying for any husbandry positions, you must be comfortable administering medications and handling timid and/or spicy cats (Kevlar gloves are provided for your safety when handling spicy cats).
