  • Mission Statement

    We are a pageant organization established to encourage women to experience sisterhood in a kind and competitive spirit. We provide an opportunity to demonstrate confidence in poise, personal appearance, and public speaking in preparation of her future. Our focus is the girl, not the organization; and we offer to be a resource to our forever Miss Tennessee Pearl.
  • Eligibility

    To be eligible, contestants must live, work, or attend school in the state of Tennessee.
  • "Local Titles" for 2026

    We are excited to announce, the 2026 Miss Tennessee Pearl state competition will commence "Local Titles" for Miss Tennessee Pearl. Young ladies representing "Local Titles" will compete for the Miss Tennessee Pearl state title. Contestants who apply for the Miss Tennessee Pearl state competition will submit a title of their choosing that must correlate with the area in which they reside (ex: Miss Nashville Pearl, Miss Cumberland River Pearl, Miss Walking Horse Pearl, etc.). Contestants will receive an official MTP custom crown and embroidered sash, and automatic entry to Miss Tennessee Pearl, where they will represent their title at the state competition. We encourage our "Local Titleholders" to build relationships in their community by participating in community appearances and experiences!
  • Areas of Competition: Little Tiny Miss (ages 2 - 5)

    Areas of Competition: Little Tiny Miss (ages 2 - 5)

    No make-up is allowed in the Little Tiny Miss and Princess divisions. Personal Style attire should be age appropriate and professional. A parent/guardian must be present on stage while the contestant is on stage. Contestants will be disqualified if make-up is worn.
  • Areas of Competition: Princess (ages 6-9) and                    Preteen (ages 10-12)

    *Contestants are encouraged to elaborate with 3-5 sentences on what they want to be when they grow up. Personal Style attire should be age appropriate and professional. No make-up is allowed in the Little Tiny Miss and Princess divisions. Contestants will be disqualified if make-up is worn. Princess, Preteen, Teen, Miss, & Ms. contestants must submit a biography for interview and on-stage question. Biography must be completed using the official MTP Biography Form.   • Competition fees:

    Contestant applications require a non-refundable, $125 deposit. Contestants who pay in full at time of application will receive a free Optional Competition of their choosing. The fee for the Little Tiny Miss is $200. The fee for Princess, Preteen, Teen, Miss, & Ms. is $250 and includes: official "Local Title", custom MTP local crown, custom embroidered MTP sash with contestant's title of choice, and automatic entry into Miss Tennessee Pearl. Competition balance is due 09/20/2025.

  • Optional Competitions

    Contestants who pay in full at time of application receive a free Optional Competition of their choosing. ***The Jotform links to apply for Optional Competitions is located on our website under "Become a Contestant".***
  • Optional: Photogenic Award

    Contestants can compete in two Photogenic categories: Natural and Glam. Natural headshots reflect little-to-no make-up and focus on natural beauty. Natural headshots can be in or out of a studio. Glam headshots reflect the glamorous presentation of the contestant. Headshots can be nonprofessional. Contestants can submit more than one headshot. Each submission is $15. There will be one Natural Photogenic winner and one Glam Photogenic winner in the lower and upper divisions; four awards total. Each winner will receive a $50 cash award. Contestants must bring an 8X10 of each submitted headshot to the day of competition. Contestants must apply to the Photogenic Award application. The deadline to apply for Photogenic Awards is 09/26/25. ***The link to apply for the Photogenic Award is located on our website under "Become a Contestant".***
  • Optional: Academic Award

    To apply for the Academic Award, the contestant must submit the most recent 2025 UNOFFICAL, CUMULATIVE, Academic Transcript (must clearly state GPA, ex: 3.8) to the Academic Award application. The Academic Award competition fee is $15. The winner of the Academic Award will receive $50. The contestant with the highest overall GPA receives this award. One Academic Award is given to the contestant with the highest overall GPA. Transcript must be submitted to the Academic Award Application form by 09/20/25. ***The link to apply for the Academic Award is located on our website under "Become a Contestant".*** *The Academic Award is for Teen, Miss, & Ms. contestants only.*
  • Optional: Community Service Award

    Optional: Community Service Award

    To apply for the Community Service Award, the contestant must submit a completed Miss Tennessee Pearl Community Service Award form (pictured) to the application. This must be signed and dated by contestant. The Community Service Award competition fee is $15. The winner of the Community Service Award will receive $50. The contestants with the highest community service hours receive this award. One Community Service Award is given to the contestant with the highest community service hours. Community service hours must be submitted to the Community Service Award application by 09/20/25.
