Terms & Conditions.
1. No alcohol or weapons or drugs is to be sold at this event.
2. Must arrive 1 hour prior to setting up your booth.
3. No Cars are to be on the grass at the location.
4. There is No REFUNDS due to this is a charity Fundraiser event.
5. Hope Alive 845 and Morningside Park is not responsable for any loss items or damage.
6. A vendor must stay til the end. We will Not allow any what so ever vendors to pack and leave during the event.
7. This is open to all vendors so you may have another vendor selling same item it happens. Keep In mind this is a charity event.
8. you are allowing Hope Alive 845 to take pictures and put it on their social media outlets.
9. Upon signing up for the event, The fee must be submitted as well. We will not hold spots, The registration end on July 1st 2025, we will not take anymore after that.
10. All vendors please donate one item for the drawing, it will be apprecaited.
11. This is a family charity event for a non profit organization who helps families and law Enforcement to find a missing child or loved one.
12.Event Date is July 19,2025. Every Vendor Must Clean up after they are finished packing up. Any Garbage left behind there will be a $25.00 Fee.
13. Food Vendors Must have insurance.
