    We’re a fast-growing online education business helping individuals create income through books and audiobooks. Our training focuses on publishing and selling on major platforms such as Amazon and Audible. Since launching in late 2021, we’ve supported more than 500 students globally.

    About the Role:

    We are actively seeking a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Representative (Closer) to join our team.

    This is a performance-based role. We have a proven offer, warm inbound leads, and a validated sales process, and we are aggressively scaling this year. High performers will have significant upside, including advancement into senior closer, team lead, and management positions.

    This is a full-time, fully remote role for independent professionals who are comfortable owning their results.

    As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the catalyst in converting warm inbound lead appointments into enrolled students. This role involves conducting live sales calls via Zoom, managing and tracking your pipeline, and following up with leads during downtime.

    Success in this role requires consistently exceeding monthly objectives and KPIs. We are seeking an A-player with a relentless work ethic—someone driven by performance, growth, and long-term opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct live sales calls with leads via Zoom video calls
    • Proactively manage and track your pipeline daily
    • Utilize downtime to follow up with leads
    • Close deals with a relentless pursuit of competitive greatness
    • Complete daily KPI reports to track and showcase performance
    • Attend regular company, department, and manager meetings/trainings
    • Uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 6 months of remote high-ticket sales experience
    • Comfortable in a performance-based environment
    • Fully independent, self-managed, and accountable
    • Experience in B2C sales
    • We strongly encourage applicants who have:
      • Completed high-ticket closer training programs, or
      • Worked in other B2C business opportunity, coaching, or education offers for 6+ months
    • Flexible availability (evenings, mornings, and Saturdays required)
    • Own computer setup and reliable high-speed internet
    • Proficient in Zoom and telephony systems
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Strong CRM or Google Sheets experience (HubSpot, GHL, ActiveCampaign
    • Deals, or Salesforce preferred)
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
    • Coachable with a growth mindset
    • High-energy, confident, and outgoing
    • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Fast learner with strong attention to detail
