1. A currently enrolled undergraduate student at a four-year college or university with NPC sororities and be an active member in good standing of an NPC sorority, or
2. A currently enrolled graduate student who was an active member of an NPC sorority at a four-year college or university and graduated in good standing with said NPC sorority
