Prices, terms and conditions may be subject to change without notice.
Order Placement
All orders must be placed before cut-off (Thursdays, 10 AM) to ensure availability and freshness of ingredients. A confirmation message will be sent once the order is received and processed.
All items are made-to-order unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Payments can be made through Paypal, BDO and Gcash. Full payment is required at the time of placing the order to confirm your booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation for any reason are eligible within two hours of order placement for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
No refund shall be issued after the grace period and upon confirmation of payment.
We don’t offer returns since our products are perishable.
If we are prevented from performing our services and delivery by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to death, accidents, acts of God, national or local disasters, weather, illness or similar events, then we will cancel the order and refund to you the amounts already paid.
Pickup and Delivery
A delivery fee will be applied for every order and will be shouldered by the customer.
Deliveries are made between 10 AM - 6 PM on Saturdays, and 10 AM - 3 PM on Sundays . Specific delivery times can be requested but are subject to availability.
If a third party (including delivery riders chosen for pick-up) will be collecting the baked goods on the customer’s behalf, a release form is to be signed by that person, stating the baked goods are received in good condition at the time of pickup/delivery.
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation when collecting your goods.
We are not responsible for orders once they leave our premises. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your baed goods upon pick up. Keep in mind that cakes and cookies are very fragile, and damages can happen if not handled properly, such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc.
Shipping
Shipping option can only be applied with cookie products and fees will be shouldered by the customer. Date of shipment is subject to availability.
Allergy Disclaimer
All cakes, cookies, fillings and icings may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens.
Quality Guarantee
We take pride in using high-quality, fresh ingredients. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods ordered. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the delivery or consumption of our baked goods.
Photographs and Marketing
We respect the privacy of all our customers. We will not disclose the identity of customers (photographs of people, last names, event details, transaction detail) without permission. We do however, reserve the right to photograph baked goods and use those photos on our social media or marketing materials. We also reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
Privacy Policy
All customer information is kept confidential and used solely for order processing and delivery. We do not share personal information with third parties.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
