I hereby grant the Olympic Peninsula Art Association (OPAA) permission to use images of my above-named child/ward and his/her portfolio of artwork for purposes of documentation, education, and publicity of the Portfolio Scholarship, including display of original artwork in the 2025 Members’ Art S

I understand that at OPAA’s discretion, the portfolio of artwork and/or photos of the artwork, my child’s image and name may be released for use by newspaper or other media including the OPAA newsletter, website and social media pages. I warrant to the OPAA that the artwork is original on my child’s part, and is in no way a violation of or an infringement upon, any copyright belonging to a third party. I will indemnify and hold OPAA harmless from any claims of infringement of copyright by any third party
regarding the artwork. I accept that a panel of OPAA Board Members will select winning portfolios. I agree the OPAA Board Members’ decision is final. I understand while the OPAA uses extreme care with artwork, OPAA assumes no responsibility for damage, loss and/or theft of artwork.
