I hereby understand that during the Samskritam class, Blossom Swadhyaya, an initiative of Blossom Foundation (hereby, the Foundation), will record the classes for quality and monitoring purposes, which will be accessible to the Foundation and its agents associated with the running of the Blossom Swadhyaya.
(i) I acknowledge, agree and consent to the Foundation recording the classes in the
Samskritam class. I explicitly acknowledge and consent that by participating in the class online, I will be visible via video.
(ii) I hereby authorize, grant and consent to the use of my image that appears in any such video and the irrevocable right and permission to use, take and post photographs, videos and audio recordings of me, on YouTube for the purposes of class project and promotional purposes in connection to outreach and marketing.
(iii) I fully authorize and grant the Foundation, including its representatives the right to record and engage in videography as desired during the entire duration of the
Samskritam class.
(iv) I understand that all photos and videos will be the property of the Foundation and the Foundation has the exclusive right, title, interest and copyrights of such photographs and video recordings. I agree to let the Foundation use my photograph or video and waive any rights of ownership or compensation thereto.
(v) I acknowledge that Blossom Swadhyaya reserves the right to remove a participant
from the class for, including but not limited to, failing to keep up their attendance, not
abiding by the Terms and Conditions. Further, I acknowledge that the Foundation
reserves the right to payment of the entire fee if a participant is removed from the
Samskritam class.
(vi) I acknowledge that by enrolling in the class and joining the Whatsapp group for
participants, I will engage in the group constructively, be respectful and respect
everyone’s privacy.
